Small room but has everything you need. Across the street from Warm Springs Pools. The restaurant on site was good and breakfast was much better than your typical hotel breakfast. It’s nice to have everything all close together.

The good: The place is cute, quaint and updated. It is right across the street from the Jefferson Pools (Warm Springs). The bed was among the best of the beds we have slept in while traveling. It was warm and comfortable. We had a wonderful sleep. I highly recommend bringing slippers as the floor was really cold! The bad: Someone texted me a few hours before check-in to tell me that there will not be any staff to check us in and that the restaurant is closed for the season. I asked why we weren't notified in advance which would allow us to decide to continue with the reservation or back out. They said it was because I booked through Expedia that they had no way of contacting me. I travel extensively through Expedia and know there is a way to communicate with me through Expedia. Plus they got my phone number and let me know. They said that the email was too long to be sent via text. They said that all the information is on their website and Facebook. I do not have access to Facebook nor did I see their webpage. I booked through Expedia. They could have texted me to ask me for my email address so they could email me all the details. What's more... the breakfast was chef's choice and would be delivered to the room. They asked for any dietary restrictions so we were able to tell them that. There were no questions about what we might want to drink. They delivered coffee and we both don't drink coffee. I ached for my morning tea. :( Their communication could be improved.

The room was exactly as pictured at booking, with a comfortable bed, lots of pillows, and extra blankets. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The main house was beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make the stay an outstanding experience.

This is our second stay at The Inn at Warm Springs. When booking you should be aware that rooms can be located in multiple buildings (just in case you are traveling with younger children or need to stay together). Rooms have nice renovations and ammenities-you can tell management/owners are putting money into property. For example, beautiful "rainfall" shower heads, new in room coffee makers, etc. On this trip we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast hot buffet-simple but nice options (fresh fruit, a variety of quiches, bacon, eggs, biscuits/gravy, grits, fresh squeezed juices, etc.). All staff we interact with were great! We will definitely stay again; it is becoming our post-Christmas tradition. Thank You!

Very nice breakfast buffet which included healthy options such as fresh fruit salad, yogurt and granola, eggs from hens on the premises, oatmeal and other hot foods. Also had dinner at the Inn which was very good. Cottage room was spacious, very clean and well-appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ample free parking.

My fiancé and I stayed here so we could enjoy soaking in the Warm Springs, just across the road. The Inn is located in a beautiful section of Bath County, and we were able to enjoy all the fall colors and crisp air. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the employees were so nice and attended to every need we had. We ate our evening meal in their dining room, and our food was good, the portion size was excellent, and everything was served at the proper temperature. The breakfast the next morning was good and hearty, and the coffee was of good quality. Check out was a breeze. So, I suggest you take a soak in the Warm Springs, then check in at the Warm Springs Inn and relax and chill out. You won't regret it.

10/10 just like the last visit! If you’re lucky enough to get a room here please do yourself a favor, stop hesitating and reading reviews and book it! You will not regret it - I found this absolute GEM of a place for an overnight work trip! The people working here are the most attentive, polite and genuine people I’ve met in a very long time. Only word of caution is the restaurant onsite is closed Monday and Tuesday and there isn’t much in the way of dining options in the immediate vicinity, doesn’t get much better the further you go. The scenery and ambiance of this establishment are so amazing. I’ll be back for my third stay this coming Monday night.
