"The check-in process was smoorh. Room could have been better cleaned: bathroom mirror had spots on it and the sibk handles could have veen polished. The floor underneath the desk could have swept up and the furniuure was quick scuffed up. The location may also want to consider changing the windows on the freeway side of the building. Lastly, it's a miss not offering guests complimentary coffee in the lobby. "

"We stayed 4 nights. Initially the room appeared decently clean but then we discovered a cockroach running on the main table. We were given another room. The bathroom sink would hardly drain. Shower water pressure was poor. AC worked well. Microwave didn’t work so they came up and replaced it. Fridge worked fine. It was just enough to stay for few nights. "

"Breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no coffee out when we got breakfast. We did have issue with noise above us. Sound of contacts running then maybe someone slamming something on the ground. This was well after 11:00pm. "

"I found myself having to stay in Jacksonville unexpectedly so I usually look for the highest rated most affordable place. Well this hotel was definitely affordable but ignore the high rating it boasts! TV didn’t work, half the lights didn’t work and the bed was too hard for my liking. So other than that, and a crack in the wall above the door that light shone through, the room was ok. The major issue I had, as an old man alone, was no matter when I went outside there were ALWAYS 5-10 people leaning over the 2nd floor railing hooting and watching and laughing and playing music and having a grand old time. That’s fine I suppose, and it’s definitely not a crime, but I didn’t feel safe. And since “ security” is the basis of all well being, I wouldn’t return. "
