"The hotel was very clean and new. The rooms were large and comfortable. The showers were great and had amazing water pressure. Thw outdoor and indoor pools kept the children entertained for hours. There was a small game area inside tbat we missed until the last day and my kids were sad we didnt get to use it. Our only complaint was the drinks from the outdoor bar. They were very small for the price and not very good. Not flavorful and there didnt seem to be any alcohol in them. The breakfast was really good. Staff was constantly stocking items and very nice. I would have loved some creamers other than just half and half for the coffee. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The next day we left the room to enjoy all the wonderful splendors of Pigeon Forge. And I received a text from the hotel, asking if the stay was ok and if I needed anything. I have traveled a lot and that is some of the best customer service I have EVER received. After our day was done when went to the hotel and went into the room, the cleaning staff had left a note saying they couldn’t make up our bed because our personal belongings was on the bed. I love love this, that showed us they had been in our room and gave us extra towel's. I have the hardest time getting extra towel’s. We two people check in and there isn’t enough towel’s for two people, I have to call and get them to bring me some. And I didn’t have to do that this time. AMAZING!!! The pool was open 24 hours of the day, I would definitely recommend everyone staying here!!! "

"This was our first time staying in a Home2 Suites and we loved it! Everyone was super nice from the registration desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff. Very accommodating with whatever we asked for. Property is very well kept, common areas also kept neat and tidy. Appreciated the hot fresh coffee 24/7, the fire pit outside and the outdoor pool area. Rooms are very spacious for 3 people plus 2 pets. Also, our room had an awesome view of the iconic Ferris Wheel. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. Easy drive to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. Beware, however, October is a very busy month for that area. Lots of car and foot traffic. "
