“This is our third visit to the Hillside Hideaway, and it did not disappoint! Comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax in the living room are some of our favorite features! Our adult children don’t like sharing a queen sized bed, so one of them slept on the couch in the living room and reported that it was very comfy. Highly recommend!”

“We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and throughly enjoyed our stay. WiFi was added since our last stay and it was a wonderful upgrade for us to bring our Roku. As others have mentioned there are multiple trains daily which we knew about. There is one around 7-7:20am which you should be aware of. This stay the sheets were a little more worn and there was more pet hair but the master bed was very comfortable. We would recommend staying here and probably will again. ”

“This place was right on the river and was absolutely stunning in its view. It's a big house and had all the right things that you need for a comfortable stay. The screened in porch was where we hung out most of the time and just watched the river flow by. The bald eagles flying around just added to the ambiance! The communication was spot on and we would definitely come back here again!”

“The Firefly Cabin was a great stay! The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including basic seasonings. Lots of towels and back up paper products. Overall it was very clean and the pictures from the listing were accurate to what we found upon arrival. Clear instructions for check-in and for utilizing the amenities. Would stay again!”
