“Absolutely the most peaceful relaxing place on Earth. The cabin was a sanctuary for us visiting our college kid. It’s 30 mins from FSU and gave us a place to visit. The patio provided cool breeze and beautiful sunsets, even a peaceful nap. The kitchen was well equipped to provide home cooked meals for our daughter and she even made some cookies. We will for sure be back! ”

“When we first pulled up to the house, we were overwhelmed with the location. The pictures do not truly convey the beauty of the location. It appears in the photos on Verbo that the beach is a bit of a walk. Yet you walk out the back and your 30 paces away!!! Pure serenity. The area this time of year, beginning of Oct, is quite deserted. The beach was quiet and we only saw three couples on the beach our entire stay. Pet friendly is an understatement. “We absolutely loved this house. It was so peaceful with just a handful of people either way you looked on the beach any day of the week or the weekend. People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!”

“Our plans had to change last minute with this property as there were some unpreventable, unforseeable issues which have since been addressed. However, Vacations by Waypoint was on top of things. They instantly booked another beach home 10 seconds down the road from this one for us. We ended up at NanSeas which was a beautiful and spectacularly stocked home. “Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. Just understand, this is not a groomed beach in a resort location--you are in a neighborhood 15 minutes away from everything. This simple but lovely property, in excellent shape, was just what the doctor ordered to do nothing. The host was a great communicator and immediately responded to our queries.
