Amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 8 adults, I feared the condo might be a little tight, but it was perfect and utilized space really well. The ultimate highlight was the fact that we were 20 steps from the slopes and a 20 second ski down to a lift that accessed blues and greens. It is indeed a true ski-in-ski-out. We tend to ski different mountains every year, but if we’re ever in CB again, we know where we’ll want to stay. Thanks for making it a great trip!

Could not find a better property that’s perfect for our Family needs. The view is fabulous from our balcony porch, it’s close to the everything we like to do in Crested Butte. We all feel at home here; just love the Colorado mountain decor. We all like to join in and cook most of our meals. I gave the property general condition a 4star only because we would like to see an upgrade in the cookware such as the nonstick skillets, stock/pasta pots; a nice of set of stainless steel cookware would be awesome. The Teflon skillets Were worn out way beyond use and the aluminum pots were warped and needing replaced.We love this area of the mountain and hope to continue our family reunion here for years to come. The office staff is great AND always So accommodating. Our condo is always very clean and ready for our move in. Thank you for accommodating our family pet as well!!! See you next year hopefully!!!!!

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

Wonderful stay in Crested Butte during Thanksgiving. We came into town for the Nordic Ski Camp. Property is wonderful. Very comfortable layout. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Thoughtless management

Unit was hard to find. No instructions. Poor signage. Lights on all night interfering in the view. No deck furniture. Interiors were nice but other things interfered with enjoyment of our stay.

The only "complaint" I have is that the shower liners were really moldy. The front desk was really helpful during booking and during our stay when we had questions. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes/utensils for cooking. Parking is kind of tricky and crowded but overall we would stay again at SM.

Great rental for large family

The place had ample beds to accommodate all of the varying family members. It came with a kitchen with all of the necessary items to cook a meal. It had a great view and since we came in the summer there were good trails right out the door to walk the dog. They also made the pup welcome which was a nice touch.

Most of the pots and pans are old and should be updated. We also thought it would be nice to have chairs on the porch area since the view is beautiful. Excellent overall, just a few quirks

This place was fantastic for location and accommodating our family, and we are thankful for the pup-friendliness! There were only a few surprises that were not stellar but still fine. How dark the lighting was in the main areas - living room and kitchen - was a little challenging during certain times of the day. We used a fan to drown out neighbor noise because you could hear a lot at night, but the box fan provided worked great for this! And the kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, and plates/bowls, and we brought plenty of food, but I was caught off guard by there being absolutely no salt/pepper, oil, or any other kitchen basics, although this might be normal; just not my experience with other condos or homes we have rented; solved easily by a store run, but just mildly inconvenient. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend crested butte for the 4th of July! They do a great job celebrating America’s birthday!!

There was plenty of bed/bath space for all of us, and while the kitchen/living room area wasn't huge - the owners have made the most of that space and there was plenty of lounging/seating area for us. The ski closet in the hall was handy for ski storage, and it really was a great ski in/ski out location for us.The unit was very clean, and the management staff was helpful from questions during bookings to all interactions we had with them during our stay. We'd gladly come back!

GREAT LOCATION

The living space is a bit tight for this many adults but was very manageable due to the incredible accessibility to the ski slopes. I highly recommend this location and condo. The sauna and hot tub were inside and very nice for the family. Any issues that arrived were resolved same day. The maintenance man lives in the building, which is very convenient. The free shuttle rides were great and always available, most of the drivers also live in the building. The office staff is very easy to get a hold of and will help with anything immediately. My only suggestion would be to update the main picture to reflect the two queen beds on the loft area and to replace the circular dining table with a rectangular one to be able to accommodate more seating. We would definitely stay here again.
