Location is right at ski hill. We stayed off season but could hike right up the mountain with beautiful views and aspens in full color. Just a short drive down to Crested Butte with lots of restaurants, a movie theater and shopping. The condo was clean, well equipped and allowed our dog to stay with us. We found a dog sitter to watch our pooch while we hiked the 4 passes loop in one long grueling but amazing day. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful spring break location for the whole family!

This San Mortiz property was ideal for our family, including our lovable 5 year old dog. The ability to gear up, walk about 30-50ft to a short hill down to the West Wall Lift was perfect.

Lovely weekend getaway to Created Butte

I loved the property! The kitchen was well equipped and even had the supplies for some crockpot chili after a day on the slopes. We appreciates having such a dog friendly place to stay. I was surprised to see carpet im tbe bathrooms - it was clean but would not have been my first choice.
