The Elk Mountain Escape is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo in the Timberline building in Mount Crested Butte. This building is located immediately on the free shuttle route that takes guests to the skiing base area and the town of Crested Butte where historic Elk Ave.

Inside the unit, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area with sleeper sofa and electric fireplace, and separate bedroom.


**DISCLOSURES**

STAIRS Disclosure: There is no elevator in this complex. There are 56 stairs between the parking lot and the unit itself. In Winter months these can be icy and relatively steep.

PARKING: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly!

PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule.

AIR CONDITIONING DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this building. AC is extremely rare in Gunnison County. We encourage you to use windows, balconies, fans, etc. to cool off during the rare hot day in Crested Butte.

CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2024/2025 Season on November 27th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.
