"The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value."

Also, the property management was very quick and helpful if there was any issue with entry. All the consideration and directions were really appreciated. "I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating...

"Property was clean and spacious which was perfect for our family of 4. The neighbor was cute and we felt safe being there. Free street parking, though spaces were some times limited. Overall, we were happy with our stay."

"The condo was nice and helped us sleep 8 for a multi-day conference located at McCormick Place. The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!"

"Spent 4 nights around my nieces’ graduation. We had a wonderful time and the location is great. There were restaurants all around us and we even had time for massage (8 min walking away) and a hair cut (3 min. away). Near Whole Foods and much more. Would recommend highly."

"I can not express how amazing it was to work with Jaye. I am a chicago resident who moved away from work and came back for graduation. While in town, there was an issue with getting into the apartment completely created by me. However, even in the middle of the night, Jaye was extremely responsive, very calm, and supportive and resolved the situation quickly. I can not express enough what a joy it was to work with her."

"Work trip to Chicago. This is a neighborhood place, but you can walk to restaurants within 10 minutes and even supermarkets are not far. I stayed car-less, but DIVVY and CTA are close by. Upstairs loft is too low for a 5'11'' to stand, but that's a minor quibble. Just keep it in mind when you plan how many people can stay. This could be fine for two families, with kids sleeping in the loft."

"It was perfect for my needs for the week! Great area, right across the street from a park! Within walking distance/delivery distance to several dining options! Walking distance to Rush (about 20 minutes) & had 2 bike stations within a 10 minute walk in 2 different directions! Downside was it was near a train station so it was loud when you were outside but I could barely hear it when in the apartment. Plus there was construction going on so that added to the noise. Everything in the apartment...
