“Breakfast the first morning was ok. The second morning, things hadn’t been restocked and the offerings weren’t appealing. The room was clean but the beds were just uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was the fact that the females working on both days were loudly talking on speaker phone in the back office and in the breakfast area. Sometimes I overheard complaints they had about people staying in the hotel and other times the conversations seemed centered around her cleaning up the breakfast……

“Great breakfast options,but would have enjoyed vegetarian meat options. Breakfast closed 15 minutes earlier than advertised each day. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Huntsville. ”

“The staff were very good, the room was clean, parking was a breeze, although there is an extra fee for it. To location is amazing, although there can be a little bit of road noise. We didn’t partake in the breakfast, but we had to look around and certainly appeared to be very good, with hot and cold options. ”

“I will start this review by stating the staff was friendly. But the room, was one of the worst I have seen in my travels. The room was dirty, moldy, had trash remaining in it, sheets and beds were not clean, shower was not clean. THERE WAS A MOLDY LOAF OF WONDER BREAD BEHIND THE MICROWAVE! The room was bad enough I did not feel comfortable staying with my family and we had to book a new room at a different location. The area did not feel secure either.”

“Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot.”

“I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive……
