"Arrived early evening on a Sunday. The room was bright and clean, but there were no cups or milk on the hospitality tray. I asked the reception guy , but was given 2 paper cups and he aid there was no milk. At breakfast the following morning there was ample "proper" cups, and fresh milk! It would have been nice to get a coffee at the end of a long drive"

"Soundproofing between the rooms was very poor - conversation, TV and toilet flush easily audible, as well as footsteps and bed noises (!) overhead. Small outside dining area was dominated by smokers and therefore unusable by others at breakfast time. The only place to eat was a squalid pizza restaurant next door. Many guests brought their own pillows but mine were acceptable."
