“The lodge we stayed in ( badger lodge) was amazing. It came with everything you need to make your stay comfortable for a family of 4. The lodge include a washing machine, hoover, huge freezer and a hair dryer. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the stay. A guy comes out and explains all the dials and is cleaned on a daily basis. The area overall is good, there is a play area for young children but not much for teenagers to do apart from a quarry trail. The only let down for this place……

“A lovely log cabin with hot tub. Cabins are not overlooked and were quiet. Lots of places to visit nearby with kid's, including Alton Towers. Nearby Cheadle has everythingg you might need.”

“It was okish for a short break, wasn’t really much to do in the area and overall the lodge could do with a new mattress as we’ve had 3 nights awful sleep and the sofa wasn’t much better. Could also do with a really good deep clean as there was alot of mold in the shower seals and the window openings were absolutely filthy. ”

“Booked for 4 nights over Christmas. Couldn't have picked a more suitable stay. Hut was spotless with everything you need and some...hot tub perfect and the bed was so comfy. If you want to get away from the stresses of life..would defo recommend. Thank you.”

“I booked this for a girls weekend away with my 3 friends for my birthday. The location of the lodge was great, had everything we needed. It was clean and we couldn't fault it. Every quiet and the privacy for the hot tub was great. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“It was ok, photos not representative of the pod, very tired inside, there was a bad musty smell in the cabin and all the signs up about no noise or being in the hot tub and no music after half 10 but the next door pod to us were still blasting music at midnight. So glad I brought my own pillow as well as they were rock hard. Just felt it’s not as advertised. Needs an update.”
