“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”

“The rooms are clean and tidy but the tv does not work on what I call normal tv you have to try and download BBC IPLAYER OR NETFLIX”

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding).
Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings.
Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made.
Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed).
On a positive note, service was good overall.
Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”
