“Stayed 1 night whilst visiting a local theatre. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and bars and the theatres. Parking across the road is £9 a night. Modern, bright clean hotel, typical Hilton style. Room clean Good shower in bathroom with toiletries Large comfortable bed Good aircon We slept very well Would use again if in the area”

“The host was very kind and helpful. The room was small for three people, and hot. It was right on the road so we had to keep the window closed all night. Perhaps an upstairs room would be more comfortable. The stay was certainly fine, but quite simple/basic.”

“There seemed to be lots of rubbish outside the hotel every morning, breakfast was very poor bacon over cook obviously been put in hot plate too early, only dried up scrambled eggs no alternative, hash browns cook too early uneatable, few simple things that could be easily sorted not everyone is eating at 6.30 by nine its spoiled , car park cost makes hotel more expensive, will be heading back to premier Inn, with free parking and charging points, charger at harvesters really over priced,”

“It is listed as: Entire apartment, Sleeps 2, Popular amenities, Self-parking included, Garden, Free Wi-Fi. The term Entire apartment is missleading. The fact is it is a room in a house. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free. There is……

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”

“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”

“The rooms are clean and tidy but the tv does not work on what I call normal tv you have to try and download BBC IPLAYER OR NETFLIX”

“Terrible communication and not clean at all ”

“Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.”

“Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. ”
