Average stay, but breakfast was disappointing. The location/stay itself was okay, but overall the room, amenities and especially the breakfast did not quite meet our expectations for the price.

It was a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. The views are amazing and the hiking path is awesome that’s nearby. The breakfast is good too, and the bar stays open late.

The hotel was very welcoming and is in the peaceful village of St Filans. From hotels website, we thought it was in Crieff which was where we’d planned to stay.

A very welcoming hotel with a wonderful view of the Loch, which our bedroom looked out on. All in all an excellent place to stay though I felt the full Scottish breakfast a little pricey at an additional £18.99 Can certainly recommend though.

The staff were nice, when she showed me to my room it smelled horrible and it was probably from the the lack of heat like zero heat I was asked if I wanted a portable heater a portable was brought but it didn’t work. Location is nice the loch is beautiful but the hotel itself needs a little make over and some heat more food options as the restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday and it is way over priced I asked what came with the £30 6oz steak and it comes with nothing but steak but for more £ you can add potatoes and for more £ you can add vegetables and more £ a dinner salad. Seems a wee bit high to me.

Fabulous location on the shores of Loch Earn. Susan is lovely, very welcoming, full of local information. Our canine member of the family had his own welcoming letter, which was great. We were all made very welcome. There are some lovely walks in and around the hotel too. If you like watersports this is also available locally.

Sauberes, grosses Zimmer. Sensationelle Lage, view aufs Loch Earn. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und behilflich. Guter food. Dem Gebäude allgemein wie auch gewissen Teilen der Zimmer/Räume täte eine Auffrischung gut. Für Nicht-Hunde-Liebhaber an der Grenze.
