We pulled up the turf and the concrete underneath was covered in a black residue and there had been no rain there for months. We accidentally spilled something on the floor and so we ripped it up with the bath mat and the bath mat was v dirty which made us……

“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……

“酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗”

“The hotel allows us to have early check in by 9a.m. Thank them for their hospitality. The room is clean, on the top floor, nicely decorated, very stylish yet feeling somewhat pressed cos it is an attic. That is something that let us down. The location is very good, next to the entrance of the old city and not far from bus station.”
