「Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Hotel hat viel zu bieten. Die Fahrt in der Indoor Kartbahn war ein schönes Erlebnis. Die Indoor Spielhalle haben wir zwar nicht genutzt aber wir haben einen Rundgang gemacht. Ein tolles Angebot zum klettern und spielen für Kinder. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eines der besten, dass wir in Hotels hatten. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant Julias war köstlich. Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Calamus.」

「Die Rezeption war a hot mess. Als ich ankam stand ein Schild bei der Rezeption das diese erst um 18:50 wieder besetzt ist. Ich war um 11:30 da. Ich hatte ein all Girls Room gebucht und einer der Rezeptionisten hat einen Mann in das Zimmer gebucht. Daher habe ich mich beschwert und der Fehler wurde aufgehoben. Und wenn Morgens zwi. 7/8 die Badezimmer sauber gemacht werden darf man nicht ins Badezimmer rein... Die Location und das Hostel an sich waren super der Service lässt aber zu wünschen übrig...

The Christmas Market will be right in front of the hotel if visiting there in December. The location is the only good point of value of money if staying here during Christmas market period.
