Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. "Booked a junior suite for one night. Stunning room, could possibly do with a little tlc in the DIY department but absolutely spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee facilities were spot on but could possibly find a bigger fridge not located right next to the bed much more useful than what was provided. The Bentley tour to start our stay was absolutely fantastic and Jim made us feel very welcome and had a great knowledge of the city. Would absolutely stay again, its a lovely hotel and a great location."
