「We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. 」

「The location is great but a few details need attention. there was no hot water until we eventually found the on switch for the immersion heater. The WiFi details given in the email were completely wrong and the double bed duvet barely reached the edge of the mattress. We realised today taking the linen off that the duvet cover was too small for the duvet. Not ideal in November.」

「We had a 5 night stay here with our black lab, Chester. The cottage is really lovely and very clean. A short stroll to the beautiful harbour and the local shops.
