「What a perfect house for a family vacation. My grandkids said this was the best vacation yet ! They loved fishing , crabbing and kayaks. The pool was another great feature. Definitely want to stay here again. 」

「Amazing location. Rock Hall is a sweet little down with big heart. The bungalow is the perfect studio with a large bathroom and sauna. Its walking distance to a local beach and a short drive to many great waterfront restaurants. The hosts were beyond accommodating and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. 10/10.」

「Our family had a great stay at On the Rocks! My adult children and their significant others loved the large yard for playing games, the pool for cooling off, and kayaks and paddle board for relaxing in the water. The garage was well stocked with games, floats, pumps, etc. We brought a few of our own bikes, but we also used a few of the many bikes in the garage. My husband loved grilling for the family. There was plenty of propane. The grill needed to be cleaned inside, but it didn't take long to...

「My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! 」

「Wonderful location for a quiet extended-family stay. Lots of room for everyone across our four generations. We like to cook, and the huge dining table was perfect for being together for meals. Excellent seafood nearby. We brought our kayaks and went up & downriver, and bicycles for rides alongside the canal. Golfed at two nearby courses & had a great time overall! Owner (Dennis) was very responsive and friendly. Gorgeous view and lovely sunsets. Thanks!」

「Very clean and comfortable, perfect for a getaway for a couple or small family. Even though the neighbors are close, the house and dock feel very private and the views are breathtaking. The property manager communicated quickly and the guest guide that was provided was so detailed and helpful. Very tasty restaurants nearby. I would absolutely return.
