“We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. Really only con was the noise of traffic late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a noise machine you can mitigate some of that noise. Overall a wonderful girls weekend!”

“We enjoyed our recent stay at Poi Pu. The home is ideal for families and is in a great location. The hammock was the perfect spot for an afternoon nap! Views were incredible and the location is ideal for Cruz Bay and the surrounding beaches in that area. The home was clean and comfortable. “Cute little villa with amazing views and great location! Short walk to all the activity of Cruz bay but is also quiet. Screened porch is great. kitchen is more like a kitchenette but we weren't cooking anything but simple breakfast foods. There is a nice grill which would be helpful if you want to cook dinner. The bed is super comfortable and bathroom is nice. It's perfect for 2-3 people. It was also very clean!Michael was a great host and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Check……

“The address is 13C Contant road. It is one half of the upper floor of the building. New construction going up in the neighboring property. Expedia's map has the location on the wrong part of Contant road. The road is quite steep. Backing out and turning around takes practice. Otherwise, the facility is good & clean. We appreciated the cooler, the beach towels and chairs, etc..”

“Perfect "home base" for our week in St. John. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you'd need to prepare breakfast daily and then pack a cooler for a day at the beach. Appreciated the home providing beach chairs, beach coolers, beach towels and pool noodles (used for snorkelling). Air conditioning units in bedrooms worked well to make for comfortable sleeping conditions.Marcia, the owner, was very helpful in planning our week in St. John.
