“The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.”

“Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtetes Guesthouse. Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Dafür war die Zimmergröße ausreichend - für mehr Nächte würde ich eher ein größeres Zimmer empfehlen. Die Lage war super! Sehr zentral gelegen - das Frühstück war ausreichend und von allem etwas. Der Service war hervorragend :)”

“The room was very clean and spacious. Altogether the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The garden was very pleasant and the view from the garden over the gorge was spectacular. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed it very much.”

“We did a self check in, but Eleanor’s had reached out to us in advance of our arrival and was very helpful with questions we had when we arrived in town. She made herself available via WhatsApp. She had suggested a public parking lot that was very close. Because of a ztl we could not drive right to the hotel. Parking was a 2 minute walk. The hotel was quiet and clean. There was both an elevator and stairs in the hotel. We stayed in a beautiful cave room that was amazing! The location was……

“Très beau logement spacieux, au moins 45m2 plus de grands balcons. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner indigne qui se résume à un muffin ou un beignet… bien sûr vous pouvez vous faire un thé ou un café, mais du pain et du beurre aurait été bienvenu.”
