“Overall, we would probably stay here again because my son goes to the university there and the location is great. There were a lot of spiders so we had to go around with a broom and get rid of a lot of of them. There is also a very musty smell, which would’ve been fixed had they had some kind of plug-in air freshener. The bed is very squeaky every time you move. It makes a lot of noise. The whole place that was very clean. There are not a lot of amenities like hair dryers or washcloths. We……

“This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. “The apartment was perfectly as described and VERY generous on space. The building itself did have us a bit concerned- the hallways to the apartments left a little to be desired in the cleanliness department- but the unit itself was very clean. I feel it would also be helpful to point out that while the listing says parking is available, it is street parking only or a paid lot, not private parking for the building.Host was openly communicative in a timely manner with all necessary info for check……
