The thermostat is on the far side of living room behind office desk. It will automatically reset to “away mode” when sensors detect no one is home for more than 12 hours. There are thermostat sensors in bedrooms to ensure all rooms are within set temperature. (Fan will cycle to equalize temperature automatically)

Please keep sliding doors closed for air conditioning to be effective.

Wifi code is directly under TV in living room. The Light House - Guest • • • p/w: “welcome”

There is a separate under counter ice machine that will make up to 100 pounds per day. Feel free to bag some ice and store it in the freezer for your needs during your stay. It will slowly melt and return to full when left filled.

Please put all extras back in their place before leaving. (Kayaks, snorkeling gear, hammocks, chairs, etc.)

Please place dirty dishes and utensils in dishwasher and start before checking out.

Please remove sheets and pillow cases of used bedding and place on floor at foot of bed.
