My family of 6 loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! My family enjoyed the use of the kayaks and the convenience of being near so many springs and parks! Highly recommend!

Nice Location

Nice area, great for boaters as it’s right on a canal. A bit far to kayak to the springs. Great state parks close by. Lots of great seafood in the area. The Crab Plant is a market or restaurant. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped too!

Lovely home in great location

We spent a week visiting family in Crystal River over the holidays. This home is very well located in town on a very quiet cul de sac. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family, and we appreciated the convenience of a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and kayaks.

Great house for a great getaway!

This house was perfect for us. Just me and my 2 adult daughters. It’s close to all the restaurants, shopping, manatee tours and the archeological park. Very clean and the fun decorations made us feel like we were in a unique resort. We had an awesome time!

Great Family Fun Vacation Place

Cozy clean home. Great location. Family had fun. Ice maker did not work well, so be sure to bring lots of ice. Stairs have high steps, home could use hand rails. All in and all nice home.

Scalloping 2023 opener

Great location. House was great for (3) couples as each had their own bedroom. Not a bad run to the scalloping grounds. Property manager very responsive.

Fabulous Stay!

“Live Bait” is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, and with plenty of room for us and our 2 grown sons to relax. We prepared several meals in the spacious kitchen, which had everything we needed. The gas grill was a bonus, and we enjoyed one meal on the rear screened porch. We were just a short drive from downtown Crystal River. We loved spending our Christmas here!

Thanksgiving Vacay

I travel a lot and have stayed in many rentals. This by far was one of my favorites. It was super clean and has a very accurate property description. Me and my kids fell in love with this house, the extremely quiet neighborhood, and the small town. I highly recommend this property!

Crystal River Weekend

What a wonderful weekend we had at The Hip Crystal River Home. The house was extremely comfortable with ample amenities and access to all the best parts of Crystal River. The canal, boat dock, and access to deep water was a huge plus. We highly recommend The Hip Crystal River Home and will be back ourselves on our next trip to the area. Can’t speak highly enough about our experience.

Fabulous

Very clean, decor is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Three couples, plenty of room. We have a 25' boat with a T-Top and had no trouble docking or getting to the scalloping grounds, the bridge going over was high enough to accommodate our boat. The house was well equipped from trash bags, soap, towels, toilet paper, etc.

I'm happy....I worked with Nancy and was able to drop some stuff off early so I had room in my car to pick up my family from the airport. The place was immaculate. We had problems logging into the internet and Nancy responded immediately...we were able to connect.

Quiet and clean

The house was very very clean (and I'm picky). The location is good, the neighborhood is quiet. The 2 reasons I booked there: the kayaks and the cleanliness approval reviews: none disappointed. It was lovely to have the kayaks on hand (fully equipped) to explore the water. We did see manatees on both outings. I just wished the enclosed patio had better seating (like a sofa of sorts) to be able to relax, read or watch the water. The rest of the house was perfect for our family (2 teenagers). Thank you. We would come again and highly recommend.

Very nice

The inside is very nice, the outside could use a little more attention . There were a lot of weeds in all of the pavers and made it seem sloppy . The cable equipment did not work and we went a few days without tv ( only 1 in entire house) I did contact the property manager and she did everything she could to help us even to buy a new tv but it was not needed because we just needed to reboot the cable box. It happens every time you shut off the tv so a bit annoying.

Beautiful home

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. The home is very well stocked. We even saw a dolphin in the canal!! Great stay!!

Perfect Stay

Great property and fully stocked. Upon entering it was obvious how clean the place was - this was true throughout all the rooms. Noticeably one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Location was great and my family loved being able to dock our boat out back and use with ease throughout our stay. Layout was perfect for our family of 4 and my kids loved being able to eat on the back porch. This is one I would definitely book again!!

So Clean!

This was perfectly as advertised. So clean and had everything you could possibly need! We will likely be back because it was so nice! We kept our boat in the water all week and the dock was great and only took a few minutes to get out to the ocean to go scalloping!

Awesome house

The house is very well laid out and spacious. It was relaxing and we loved seeing the manatees swim through the canal and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Highly recommend!!
