Fynn made check-in smooth and welcoming, and Jonnie ensured a polished check-out. The valet team consistently went above and beyond. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully our toddler was included. We arrived to a robe, slippers, and a baby toiletry set in his size. At every meal, staff provided toddler cutlery, bibs, and dishes without us needing to ask. It made dining easy and enjoyable, which is rare when traveling with a young child. The daily experiences like maple taffy and wine tasting added a special touch to our stay. Every meal was excellent, and service was consistently attentive. Ollie at the pool was fantastic and exemplified the care shown by the entire team. One moment that really stood out was when our son dropped his toy over the balcony and the engineering team retrieved it within the hour. Small details made a big impact, including a custom cookie with his name and a “safe travels” treat at departure. The spa was also outstanding, with a relaxing and personalized treatment. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and well executed. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely be back."
