"Brilliant stay. Family run business as well as beautiful Thong who made us fresh breakfast every morning. Took us cycling and touring. Free cycles and scooters. Rooms and the hotel and lake were exceptional. Also has a nice swimming pool.Major value for money. Can’t fault this place. Peaceful laid back exceptionally beautiful grounds. My only regret is not spending more time here. But I will be back in Vietnam, and when I do I am definitely coming back here. Staff made you feel so welcome. Fellow travellers!!! "Our rooms were like motel rooms with access to pool out our front door. Large room had everything we needed plus. Large beautiful shower, separate large tub. Comfortable beds, nice overhead fan, toilet separate from bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Restaurant right on the water in a lovely setting. Spa was wonderful. Highly recommend, great for a budget."

"A true home away from home Pomelo Garden Boutique Villa was one of the most memorable stays of our one-month trip through Vietnam. We travelle from the south to the north as a family and ended up loving this place so much, we returned for another two nights at the end of our Hue stay. Hoi and Vy were the warmest, most accommodating hosts we encountered. They went above and beyond to cater to our vegan diet, and Hoi was incredibly helpful in organizing tours and giving local tips. When our flight to Da Nang was delayed by 7 hours and we arrived at 2am, they still welcomed us with such kindness and understanding. The villa itself is beautiful—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Our kids especially loved the pool. It’s just a 10-minute taxi ride to Hoi An Old Town, and the locals were always happy to help if we needed directions. What truly made this stay special was the personal care. On our way to Hue, Hoi gave us such great advice on what to see that we ended up deciding to return to Pomelo instead of staying in Da Nang. Hoi arranged a private driver to pick us up from Hue with scenic stops at Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass, and Marble Mountain—at a very reasonable price. She even organized a private tour to Mỹ Sơn the next day. When we returned, my daughters were overjoyed. It felt like coming home. I can’t recommend this place enough—the comfort, the hospitality, and the genuine warmth of Hoi and Vy made Hoi An unforgettable. "
