“Thank you for a wonderful stay Glen and Hope! We loved the location it was convenient to travel to the Key West, yet far enough from the noise and party. Summerland Key itself is gorgeous! Few great spots for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Also every place around had fresh seafood and live music in the evening. Pool on the property was very clean and heated, which I loved since we got a few cooler days.Overall wonderful atmosphere. If we will be back to Key West next year, we will be back to stay……

“Very cute spot we had pretty much to ourselves. Had 2 rooms which were connected so we could all be together. Host stopped by and opened the pool table house for us to use which was really nice. Definitely a cute spot where we would stay again. ”

“The house was the perfect size for our family of five (4 adults and a 7 year old) and was larger than what we expected from the photos. The property is so cozy with a huge yard and walking area. The property has a couple other cottages on it but there is plenty of space in between for privacy and doesn’t feel crowded at all. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The grills were perfect for dinner in after eating out all day. The location couldn't be more perfect, it’s secluded, yet located only 40……

“We loved the charm of the old Florida cottage feel, but unfortunately, this stay missed the mark for us. The house was surface-level clean, but furniture, towels, and linens had a strong stale smell that lingered on clothes. The beds were extremely thin and firm—uncomfortable to the point of pain—and the metal frames squeaked constantly. The pillows weren’t much better. I ended up on the couch, which was slightly more comfortable despite the same stale smell. The pool area was also……

“Eva was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. Provided bikes for getting around-just a 4-ish mile ride downtown. A pool out our patio door surrounded by palm trees. Close to beaches. We totally enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we return to Key West!”

“Our family stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. The property is well stocked with pretty much everything you need other than food. Very clean and nicely decorated! We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.Marcello was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions.”

“Watching the sunrise each morning over the water was amazing. Being from the Midwest you don’t get to see that everyday. Great location to get to anywhere you want to go quickly, but just far away enough to have a peaceful stay. Definitely recommended ”
