“Pierre’s place was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked…close to all the action in Grand Case but quiet and private. It had all the amenities we needed for a two week stay, including laundry facilities and outdoor shower. The option of spending time in a screen room (for rain or mosquitoes) or sitting outside in our tiny walled patio was lovely. All of the cafes, bars and restaurants were within a 2-10 minute walk. The beautiful public beach at Le Petit Plage was an easy 10 minute walk……

“The kitchen and LR area so large, just for the 2 of us- huge bathroom with 2 sinks and large stall shower. The best part was the deck/patio- we spend all of our time out there when "home" You can see the sea, the Sandbar at happy hour with music, and saw the nicest sunsets and rainbows. The little secret beach is an added bonus too”

“The condo is beautiful with an exceptional view. The condo was very well furbished with everything I needed including cooking and kitchen equipment and utensils. The close proximity to the Market makes buying groceries very convenient and it is located in my favorite part of the island. Quiet but a short drive to both the French and the Dutch sides great beaches and hot spots although the pools and private beach at the property are amazing. Having a parking garage so your car is in the shade is……

“Overall the house and property was very clean. Bedrooms are very large and they had their own bathrooms with an amazing walk in shower. Frederick and Lesker were very responsive with easy check-in and checkout processes and answered all of our questions promptly. Loved the pool area and the beautiful landscaping where we would watch the planes takeoff and land with the ships and water in the background. Very nice area to walk around and it’s short walk into Maho and Mullet Bay. The only negative……

“This was the most beautiful and enjoyable accommodations. The place was much larger than expected. The furniture was modern, the beds extremely comfortable. It was definitely a great location right on the beach. We enjoyed getting up and having tea and breakfast on the balcony while watching the boats sailing on the water. Also watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing. I must include that the owner was available 24/7. We had a minor glitch with a power outage and Marianna was quick to……
