It’s okay if you like to drink all night and don’t wanna sleep. The bar attached to the outdated hotel was not enjoyable for people wanting to rest. The rooms were outdated and had thin walls, people gather all hours of the day and night, yelling and carrying on right outside of others doors Extremely long wait times at front desk and their “buffet” breakfast was mediocre at best. Basically insisted you tip for being asked if you want water or orange juice. Really weird vibes and couldn’t wait to leave, go next door to the holiday inn.

Property looks run down, room was clean, but the bed was as hard as a rock. Check in person was unfriendly and not of much help. Breakfast was nothing to brag about, unles you are a meat eater. Which we are not.

Parking lot had several work trucks with men hanging out there drinking til about midnight. They weren’t loud just something to note. And the ice machines said “out of season” so that was a little inconvenient. Pool, I can understand but an ice machine? Over all a solid place, would stay again

Didn't have breakfast, but the room was really clean, the bed was comfortable and parking and check-in were both easy. I've stayed here twice--for short stays. The price and the cleanliness make the decision to re-book easier.

This is my go-to place to stay twice a year when I visit Culpeper. The courtyard is nice for walking your dog although you can't count on others to clean up after their pet but regardless, the staff has always been friendly, the rooms have been clean, and they have been working on upgrading the rooms. There are better hotels in the area, but for the price, service and upgraded rooms, I would recommend especially if you have a pet.
