“酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。”

“Quiet, peaceful stay in a character, wood cottage. Set in a forest, don't forget to climb the hill to the lookout. Enjoyed the fireplace and everything about the visit.”

“We absolutely loved out stay at Senda Monteverde. The grounds are gorgeous and have access to a beautiful hiking trail just out the back. They have a new pool and hot tubs that made our experience even more relaxing. Their restaurant is delicious. We ended up eating there for multiple meals and were happy with our choices every time. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. They are very thoughtful and helped us with any bookings we needed. We needed a ride to the airport at 2am and……

“Kids voted this the best place we stayed! They enjoyed having their own private mezzanine complete with bean bags and games. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. Basic supplies like coffee and cooking oil provided do you can easily self cater. ”

“We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is great - close enough for a quick drive into town or for the Cloud Forest Reserve, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite was spacious for a family of four, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the sunset views from the upstairs patio. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. ”

“I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean.……

“Staff took us to our room only to make us move again after we settled in because she took us to the wrong room, but would not admit her mistake and lied to us instead. Found large bug on our bed crawling. Found more bugs on the ceiling and mosquito flying around in the room and a large beetle on the floor. Lamb burger for dinner meat was undercooked. Told receptionist about everything and they said and did nothing. ”

“Alles Tip top sauber und gepflegt. Die Hotelanlage hatte sogar eigene Tierentdeckungspfade und wir haben einen Nasenbären gesehen. Ein kleiner Mängel war, dass sich unser Zimmer unter dem Restaurant befunden hat. Man hat also das Stühlerücken laut gehört. Von 23 bis 5 Uhr war es aber meistens ruhig. ”
