“This was a fantastic place for our family vacation! The property was very clean and updated with nice interior. We loved it because the lot was located directly on the water with a canal and spot to dock our boat. We went out in our boat and explored the area, went fishing and swimming. There are good restaurants, wineries and the beaches of the outer banks are close by. Enjoyed being on the water here sunrise and sunset. We will be coming back to stay here again!”

“What more can we say, this rental is truly a gem! It’s super clean, quaint, and furnished with everything you could possibly need on vacation. The peace and quiet this location offers is absolutely unbeatable. We loved the wildlife sightings as well - morning greetings from the osprey across the channel, wild ponies on the shore, and evening swims from the otter. We cannot wait to come back and visit again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us!”

“We overall enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout was great, the inside was clean and comfortable, the amenities were good! Communication with hosts was quick. However, we were disappointed because it was not really spring- ready; we had to wash out the canoes/ kayaks/ paddle boards of hundreds of spiders, wash the outside chairs to be able to use them, and all of the Wii remote batteries were dead with no replacements. Especially since all properties this particular weekend were up-charged……

“If we could give responses higher than 5 stars we would. Rick and Melissa were outstanding hosts, providing excellent communication regarding their home and recomendations for restaurants and local activities. Their home was wonderful for our family. Our 3 grandsons loved the pool, hot tub, foosball, and ping pong. Adults did too. Having a subdivision shuttle pick up in front of the house, taking us to and from the beach about every 15 minutes, was a real convenience. If anyone is looking for a……
