This hotel made my stay unforgettable in Cusco! What a good location, stunning architecture that I enjoyed every day. My room was cleaned and organized daily, the staff was so attentive, particularly the one in the lobby, made me feel like my house. Awesome location right in the Plaza de Armas. Staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure how to turn on the heat and they came right up to demonstrate how to use it. Provided a breakfast to go when we had an early morning tour. Soap was hand crafted. Conveniently located near Starbucks.

¡The staff was superb! Guido Cortez especially, went that extra mile taking care of our needs. The next day our breakfast to go was ready and the cab we requested was also in time to take us to the airport.

Historical location with great service

This hotel is located in one of the few Inka buildings relatively intact. The staff were helpful with sending out laundry and arranging rides. There is a very good breakfast included. There was a lot of noise from the plaza, but that will be the same for any other hotel on the Plaza in June. If I need to stay in this area again I would come back.

Staff is amazing but unfortunately the property had a lot of issues with water, we had to spend a night in another hotel because they didn’t have water. Depending where your room is it can be very noisy. It’s steps from the main plaza which is a huge plus. Breakfast is okay…. Staff always amazing. Hopefully they will improve with time.

Excelente estadia!

Hotel excelente, localização perfeita, muito solicitos no atendimento. Café da manhã era simples mas gostoso. Ficamos em três quartos lá, um deles o chuveiro não estava muito bom mas os outros dois estavam excelentes. Esse foi o único percalço. Reservamos o hotel para antes e depois da ida a machupichu e eles guardaram nossas malas sem problemas. Além do conforto e atendimento, o hotel é em um prédio histórico, o que dá um charme a mais na estadia (nosso último quarto uma das paredes era original, feita pelos incas, muito especial)

Hotel razoável. Precisa de uma reforma e modernização. Prédio antigo como todos em Cusco. Quarto amplo, cama confortável, limpo. Banheiro não tinha box e o chuveiro estava entupido, o que deixava o banho frio e o banheiro alagado. A roupa de cama era boa, mas as toalhas precisam de renovação. Café da manhã simplíssimo, só o básico. Atendimento muito bom. Localização muito boa. Quartos barulhentos, sem acústica. Disponibilizam chás e café no quarto e no hall e um box de café da manhã para os dias que perdemos o café. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, o hotel deixa muito a desejar.
