“Great place to stay. Did a quick staycation here and enjoyed the food, and the pool. I think they should put some pads on the loungers under the cabanas though. Like they have upstairs on the 7th floor adult pool. Would come back in the future! ”

“Our villa was clean, bed was comfortable and it had a nice back patio. We were in room 402 and unfortunately a male guest in 401 suffers from in treated sleep apnea. He began a loud vibratory snoring that only stopped when he stopped breathing (apnea). It was awful for us to attempt to relax and fall asleep. We eventually found some ear plugs (hate wearing) and ran a white noise on our phone all night in order to rest.😞 We loved our breakfast at the onsite restaurant, We highly recommend the……

“Main reason for this bad review is the fact that water pressure is nonexistent. How do you build a brand new hotel with zero water pressure. Expect to triple your shower time and come out feeling like you’re still covered in soap. The pool: pool are is so small and the building blocks the sun from even touching the pool area. Very stupid design. The pool itself is small but I did love that its saltwater. Anyway, pick one of the other 6 hotels in the area ”

“Beautiful grounds, top notch amenities, delicious food, clean and comfortable room. ”

“Unfortunately the staff was not very welcoming. I did find some cockroaches in the room and the toilet did not flush very well. The sink in the kitchen would not drain from just water. Some of the items like furniture needs to be updated. Also the breakfast was supposed to be 6:00 to 10:00 but the time we got there it was 8:45 and most of the items were out of stock. ”

“Resort is across the street from beach access. Grounds well kept. Rooms don't have a microwave and pools close at 730 pm. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great free coffee at the marina. Resort is great for families with small kids and retirees 😊 and anyone who wants to stay away from college spring break crowds! Captiva Island is beautiful. ”
