"Food was good, location good, hotel good. Just wasn't very clean. Got to our room and glasses and stuff were dirty. We asked 3 times for new bed sheets as they just didn't do it for 3 days in a row? For whatever reason. We requested clean ones at reception and the cleaners simply made our bed, left all dirty towels and bed sheets on"

"On arrival lights in two bedrooms were out. Tv wasn't working. The photos definitely look better than in real life. The outside around the pool area is in need of a good clean & we were very disappointed to see the pool dirty with green scum around the edges. We were told by maintainence that the pump was broken hence the build up. So we were very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as our baby is only 5 months old & didn't want to risk it.
