Nice location, clean, quiet n not very far from Hoian old town, abt 1.2km walk or can take electric taxi which can occupied up to 10 pax in one short, only 10,000vnd per pax. Warm, helpful n passionate staff s. Strongly recommended, will come back to stay again.

We booked this property and paid in full 5 months before our trip, when we got to this hotel, we were placed in a room in the hotel next door called Golden Holiday, when we complained this was not the room or hotel we booked we we told they were booked out, and could move us the next day, which we excepted. Head receptionist was not nice and acted coldly towards us for our remaining stay. The rest of the staff were ok.

Stayed 3 nights here for family trip. Very quiet location. 20 mins walk from old town and 3 km away from An Bang beach - less than 70,000 VND taxi fare. Breakfast was nice.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Breakfast selection was good and food was fresh. Bike rentals were awesome and a great way to see Hoi An. Rooms were clean, roomy and beds were actually very comfortable.

Good hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at the Rose Garden. The room was clean and in good condition. The area was quiet and the hotel is walking distance to the old town. There is free use of push-bikes and the beach is only 15 minutes cycle ride. The girls on reception were very helpful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

A nice place for such price
Everything was great, my wife and son really loved breakfast and the swimming pool. The staff was so nice, my room was clean, 28m2 large and look new. There's only one thing I feel uncomfortable, it's my Air conditioner indoor unit was a little noisy

Budget-friendly place
This is my second stay at this property after its launch in 2016.. I really liked the property during my first stay. Sad to say that the property has worn out quite a bit just only after a year. There're many new developments around this hotel from my last visit, just beside it is a new, presumedly, hotel under renovation, and several little local cafes/food places. Room key slot is faulty and technician just said you'll have to jam the key in for electricity. If the staff has this mentality rather than actually fixing things, it's no wonder the hotel has become so dated just within a year! Bedroom was a good size with bathtub. Staff were very friendly, showed enthusiasm in their work and offered lots of tips about travelling in Hoi An. Room was a little dirty - there were insect droppings on my bedsheet... also a housefly in the room from when they left the balcony door open before check-in. Would recommend this as a budget-friendly hotel, if you just need a private space to crash after a day out... Otherwise wouldn't stay here.

We stayed at this hotel & found it very comfortable & handy to town centre but in quiet location The staff very very friendly & a special thanks to Anna at front desk you went out of her way to advise us of all activities & local places to visit on our arrival Rooms very nice & bed very comfortable Breakfast was well worth it & to suit both westerners & Asians Highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation

A clean hotel with great staff. The only major issue is, no taxi company will drive you back to the hotel from old Hoi An. Rent a bike if need be.

Very clean and decent boutique hotel. The services provided by the reception and the concierge are fantastic. They were at all times very helpful. The room is very new, clean, spacious and neat. The selections of breakfast buffet are far better than a lot of 3 stars boutique hotels. Will definitely come and stay in this hotel if we travel to Hoi An again.

Nice Boutique Hotel
The location of the hotel is off the main road, nice and quiet. Short distance to the old town which can be by taxi or the bicycle provided by the hotel. Recommend to go by taxi as can be troublesome to take care of the bicycle while going around the Old Town. Bicycle is good to go to the beach and go around padi field area. Check in was smooth with very friendly and helpful staffs. Comfortable room, nice bed and only comment is that the bathroom needs improvement as the water from showering tends to wet the whole bathroom floor and slippery.

Good and clean hotel
Good location, approximately 15-20 minute walking distance to Hoi An old town. The hotel near to restaurants and also small mini market. Room is very clean and comfortable. These is english channel TV. Room came with small balcony. The hotel provide simple buffet breakfast and it start from 6:30am onward. Hot shower pressure is good. Just to highlight, the hotel staff is very very friendly. When we arrived, they provide us welcome drink and some fruits and brief us about Hoi An .

Hotel is a bit far from the old town of Hoi An. Service of the breakfast buffet was not attentive enough. Choices of food can also be improved. Otherwise, the receptionist and other staff were helpful. The rooms facing the pool and the front of the hotel have better view.

Very Nice Hotel
I was greeted early in the morning after an overnight train, with fruit and coffee. They checked me in immediately, after explaining some options for day trips if I chose. I did want something organized for later that day and it was possibly the best tour I have taken in Vietnam. The hotel was not full so the staff upgraded me to a lovely room, with a massive bathtub and balcony. This was done without my request. The room was spotless and the bed and linen excellent. They have free bikes and it's a direct line to the Ancient town that can be easily walked or ridden to with shops along the way. The staff were gracious and helpful. This hotel is not in the heart of Ancient Town, but I was provided with a map and directions so it was not a problem. I took the tour to Coconut Island for a turn in bamboo basket boats. It included a fantastic cooking class (which I never would have booked) and the best tour guide so far. There were only two other people, so unlike other tours I have taken it did not involve a herd. There are a few things I would note, the pool is always in the shade, so fine for swimming, but not for sunbathing. The breakfast has more dinner items than is customary for western tastes, but they make fresh egg dishes. I would encourage them to add omellettes and cheese and ham to the menu as this is pretty standard. There is also a very noisy bar next door. It shuts down at nine o'clock, so not a problem. This is a great value and I recommend it.

Very good hotel
It's a very good and clean hotel with friendly staff. To old town there is about 10-15min of walk I don't mind this short walk because I like to walk. You can even rent a bike for free.

When Since the time I arrived, I have been treat by Ruby, but they never emphasis that is a treat. Generous, warm, friendly, clean, comfortable, clean, and every thing about the people. The extra services are cheaper than fair. From a bottle water to a local tour, just like a service, helpful, convenient and not for making money. Many extras you may pay in other places, you just get a treat for free here. the most treasure is their generous mind and attitude, My highlight is their ordinary. For example, I was arrived the hotel in a very early morning; they didn't give me a welcome drink, they gave me whole set All You Can Order breakfast with A La Cart menu, with many choices of drink. Of curse I get my room for early checking. And they’d never said any fancy words for this favor or complimentary, they just give it to me. I am not to emphasis the value of this breakfast or early checking in, I am emphasizing Ruby people’s generous mind and attitude to the guest.

New hotel, quick 10 minute walk to town, short bike ride to Ang Bang beach. Quiet location and wonderful staff! Immaculately clean rooms, brand new bikes free to use, breakfast was either buffet or order off menu plus fruit, bread, jams. Stay here if you don't want the loud crowded hustle bustle of town!

Best service I have ever recieved. The staff is so friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The person I was travelling with left their wallet with money in the safe and the hotel found a way to send it to us in a day at our next stop in another city. They also called to check in multiple times to see if we recieved it. The rooms were nice and clean and with bicycle access it was very convenient to get to town. Would highly recommend this hotel for everyone, definitely getting your money's worth.

We enjoyed so much our stay in Rose Garden Hotel (stayed 3 nights). The hotel is very new, the staff were so nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable, the location is excellent, midway between old town and An Bang beach. The breakfast was also tasty and the pool is also great. I can't imagine better hotel at the same price...

Stayed here for 3 nights recently. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and was promptly attended to by their friendly and helpful staffs. This hotel just started a few months ago and everything is quite new. Our room is spacious and nice but the floor was very dusty probably due the renovation works that is still ongoing. It is located not too far from ancient town and the hotel provides very good bicycles which we can borrow anytime. Other than the dusty floor, it was a pleasant stay here.

Lovely hotel in quiet area
Solo "senior" traveller, originally booked for 3 nights but extended to 5 after I arrived. Ideally situated in quiet street 100 mtrs from main drag. Abundance of cafes and convenience stores nearby. Free bicycle use by hotel, very safe for bike riding, 5 mins to city centre or 10 mins to lovely beach and countryside. Hotel staff all friendly & courteous with good level of English. Great pool, terrific breakfast. Lovely room with view toward Coast, good air-con and great TV & WiFi. Great hotel for solo, couple or small family. Of 5 hotels I've stayed at so far in Vietnam, Rose Garden has been the best. Will stay here again and recommend to friends.

New hotel
This is a very new hotel, with free breakfast and swimming pool! Room size was large and even has a bathtub!! The property provides free bicycles for you to cycle to town (approximately 5 minutes away)! Staff were very friendly and never once failed to greet anyone who stepped into the hotel. There were free computers to use at the lobby. For the price (paid $17), this is probably the best hotel around. Only downside is once you've stayed for a few days, you realise the breakfast menu is repeated daily. Like everywhere else in Vietnam, the staff might try to low-key upsell services to you (transportation, tours, tailor shops) but a simple 'no thanks' or 'already did that' will work. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at the Rose Garden hotel and would recommend anyone who's considering it to book it right away! You won't find a better deal than this hotel!

Great new hotel! Clean rooms, nice staff, lovely pool and yummy breakfast. However, the water temp was inconsistent in the shower and a lot of light came through the room that was shared an adjoining door with which made it difficult to fall asleep. It wouldn't stop me staying there again, but if they fix those two things the hotel will be perfect!

Really enjoyed my stay the room was big comfortable and had a good view only negative was it had an a joining room which if they had there light on at night it came through to ours. The staff were excellent I told them I was veggie and they made me a special breakfast and went out there way to help me. Room was in a good location easy walk to the old town would highly recommend it
