Dear customer, Thank you for taking your time write this review about our homestay. We are sorry about what happend to you. But, there are a few we need to make clear with you: - When you check-in we prepared for you a Deluxe Double room with bancony to te street. And after you complained about noise, we did change your room to King with bancony room away from street and that room have pool access. - About the stain towels and sheet, our towel and sheet is almost brad-new and haven't use much, plus they got wash carefuly everyday. So, they cann't stain and dirty like you said. - When you complain about bugs on the beg. They are ants, very, very tiny ants. After you leave for Ba Na Hill. We inspected and deal with the ants and cleaned your room include your sheet and towels. In the afternoon, we inspected the room again, ants to be found, maybe the dead ants remain after our cleaner deal with them. - About the lost sock, out staff did try their best to find it and no result, we just do laundry and return to you as it is. Out staff did sorry you sincere and we very sory about your sock. - Finaly, about the dirty underwear in closet. We aren't sure about that, beause the room got cleaned every day, even in the closet. And after you check out, we clean it usual and cleaner can't find anything. Plus, you don't mention anything to our staff about the underwear nor we can find anything. We alway try to please our customers. Withdrawing a lot of experience through your review, We promise to correct the weaknesses in order to not lose faith in customers. We again are very sorry for this inconvenience caused to you and we do hope to welcome you at our homestay next time! Good for you forget what annoyed and full health....
