The property itself is lovely. Staff are great. Approximately 2km from the main drag and restaurants but transport is super cheap. Would stay again.

We stayed in the Suite on the 7th floor. It was beautiful. Nice big beautiful room, with huge balcony connected to both living and bedrooms. Kitchen, and bathrooms were beautiful also. Bed pretty firm, however, reading up on cultures many are like that by design.

The hotel is located along the beach in Da Nang near many other beach hotels. The areas behind the hotel, away from the beach, are filled with dilapidated homes in poor condition. I saw a very large rat scurrying around one of those homes. Transportation from the hotel is limited; we found Grab to be the best option. The staff at the Nguyen Gia are very courteous and helpful. Food options in the hotel vicinity are somewhat limited, but if you like seafood or Korean food, then you'll be fine.

Property is right across the beach, walking distance to a few restaurants. Staff is polite and nice. Check in was a breeze. However, during our stay, our toilet couldn’t flush.. a slight problem to have.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Staffs was very kind. My husband and I stayed 5 nights for our wedding anniversary. It's wonderful experience that we have stayed in this hotel.
