Fabulous hotel with great rooms comfortable large bed with great air conditioning built in so no noise. Slep well. Roof pool andbar give fantastic views of Danang. Close to beach and dragon bridge. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. We even booked another night before heading south on the train. Loved it. Buffet breakfast was outstanding and staff are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

I liked that they served breakfast every morning, that they had a laundry service available, and that they allowed you pick and choose if you would like your room cleaned. The staff was very kind and went out of their way to accomodate and help direct me where I needed to go. Wonderful experience overall from beginning to end.

The breakfast buffet was very good, different every day, chef made omelets and eggs on request, coffee was excellent, lots of food choices. The rooms however were small for 2 people, the pictures made the rooms look bigger than they actually were. For an older hotel it is modern.

Highly recommended
The room is so comfortable, I like the rain shower. The hotel has a nice infinity pool, a pity the pool is too cold. Daily buffet breakfast is good too. Venue is at a great location. Near to the Dragon bridge and the Son Tra night market. Ha and Phuoc service are very good. Smooth check out. They even offer to help book transport for me to the airport but I already got pre- arranged transport.

Good value, great location, very nice people.
Excellent location close to Night Market, Beach and other areas of interest. Very nice pool (though poor design as no sun all morning and all day) Very friendly kind people work here. However the hotel is in need of some maintenance. In short 7th floor (and most from what I can tell) really needs paint job, it's a mess, simple fix, can't understand why it's this way. Metal sticking up through concrete at far end of pool by lounger, space in between glass and pool - take a look thick algae and dirt. Just some examples. I really like the people that work here not there fault. This is some of my first week, have one more and will leave more feedback then. Restaurant does need an overall of it's menu, choices and can be improved. The hotel overall is GREAT VALUE, very fair pricing.

Our family had a wonderful stay at San Marino. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. Location was good 👍 not too far from night market and you can see the head of the dragon bridge from room balcony. Breakfast was basic but was ok. Special mention to Hai who was our go to person for local recommendation and driver who works nights at the hotel. Hau and Phuoc always greeting us with the warmest smiles at reception. The coffee shop next door had the best Salted coffee. 👌

thats what you pay for
hotel address is only 1 lot short and tight corridor. has 5 rooms on my floor. there is discrepancy of room size in vietnam. 34m square in this hotel is much smaller than 30m square in hanoi!! lots of wear and tear chips in our room. needs to run water for at least 5 min to get hot. tiny shower area with a curtain. cracks on building shifting -balcony door has big gap when closed. no luggage rack and no place to put luggage. breakfast with choices but not our western types, floor very greasy. elevator very small. bell boy phuoc works very hard and helpful. put sign up for no housekeeping but still came in did not do throughout job just took the money. receptions very limited in english neither polite nor attentive. don't have much contact with them except when we were leaving then asking for good reviews nicely.

When we arrived it was too early to check in, the staff secured our luggage and took us to the roof top pool so we could relax while we waited on our room. They were so friemdly amd supportive. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and nice. The breakfast is fantastic, so many options and a chef to cook fresh items that are not already in the servers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Da Nang.

We needed to change our dates at short notice, staying the same number of nights. Frustratingly the hotel weren’t prepared to move them and therefore we had to book an additional night. It would have been nice if they had been a little more flexible. Also hotels.com were unable to contact the hotel to help so be warned if you book here and experience any issues. That said it is a decent hotel at a good price.

Excellent hotel! Clean, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and an amazing view of the city. Great bathrooms. Tasty buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location - an easy walk to the beach and the dragon bridge. This is my family’s favorite hotel so far on our long trip through SE Asia. We wish we could stay longer.

Would definitely stay there again.
Amazing location, staff was friendly, roof top pool was cold and great view to relax. The rooms were really big, clean, Comfortable. Walking distance to beach and night market, would definitely stay again in this hotel. Breakfast was good, something different everyday.

여기는 시내중심이라 주변에 놀만한것이 많고 다니기도 편하네요. 뷰는 시티뷰였는데 괜찮았어요, 발코니 있고, 야외 수영장도 깨끗하고 깔끔하네요. 호텔은 무료 자전거 서비스를 제공한다고 했는데 저희는 오토바이 타고 돌아다니고 싶어서 직원분들에게 물어봤는데 너무 친절하게 알려주셨어요, 그렇지만 아침 식사 메뉴가 아직 다양하지 않고 호텔이 바다와 멀어서 이건 좀 아쉽네요.

Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Staff
Beautiful new hotel with amazing staff. Close to both the beach and the Dragon bridge. Staff are very attentive and polite. Roof top pool and bar. Great breakfast included. Staff arranged a car for our trip to Hoi Ann. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable.

A good hotel
Pool was nice. Breakfast finished too early (9:30), but was enjoyable. You could watch YouTube on the room tv which was great! Shower was maybe the best I’ve had in Vietnam. Taxis booked via the hotel all went smoothly. Good location for city and beach.

Great place to stay specially if you’re travelling with family and kids. From the moment we checked in Dao did an amazing job looking after my family, booking dinner reservations’ organising pharmacies to deliver some medications for my husband and daughter due to diarrhoea’ booking day tours both Ba Na Hills and Hoi An’ organising private cars for day tours’ booking massage and spa we can’t ask for anything else. Our drivers Ting and Tuan thanks for looking after us during our day trip it’s been a pleasure, with catering staff thank you for your warm welcome with a big smile every morning and making extra efforts on introducing delicious food. Big thank you to our dear friend Executive Chef you have made our stay in Danang very special such great caring people. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Wonderful service, staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They are keen for suggestions to improve their services and facilities. I did not have any suggestions but this goes to show they are doing the right thing for their customers.

Great location. Room was very nice and the pool area had such a great view. The only two things that I didnt really like were Breakfast - needs more variety, and the staff. The staff were very friendly but I felt they were a bit full on - they'd watch me, follow me and constantly approach me....at breakfast and at reception which made me feel very uncomfortable. That was my only issue, but the hotel facilities were great.

Couldn't ask for better
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location-walkable distance to both the beach and river. Hotel was clean, and bed linens were lovely. Plenty of tv channels, and strong, fast wifi. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. All of the staff were wonderful but I would like to mention Hien, Diep and Thong in particular for the kindness and helpfulness they displayed towards me.

The hotel was very nice for the price. The location was good too. Very near the beach and some good restaurants and bars. There were a few room layout issues that I found could be improved. Things like the phone not being next to the bed, no remote controller for the air conditioner, placement of water drain in the shower (a lot of water would not drain unless manually done, because of the design). Other than that, it was a very good experience, the staff was courteous and helpful. Would recommend this hotel!
