"Right above the train station and a metro station about a block behind, so transport is very convenient. Car parking is included in room rates, but the car park is opposite connected by an overhead bridge. Carrefour is not too far away. Only drawback is I didn't receive my VIP benefit likely because they used self-check in."

"My kids love this hotel! There’s a 7-11 on the ground floor, where they can buy food and breakfast everyday. Another reason why we like this place is because they have self serve washing machines and dryers!!! Very convenient for families with children. "

"Nice hotel, stayed 4 nights. Although we could not check into our room at 8am, the staff were friendly and did help transfer our bags to the room while we were out exploring. We also got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The premier king room was very spacious and included mini bar. The bed & pillow was excellent and we slept so well each night. We also had a bath tub which was perfect to soak our tired & sore muscle after a day full of sightseeing and walking. Whilst this hotel is not in the heart of the hussle & bustle, the red MTR line and bus station's were convenient and all within walking distances. Would happily stay here again. Theres a great Taiwanese breakfast place about the courner and a coffee shop thats reasonably prices."

"We by mistake booked an accessible room on the third floor with no window. We did not realized that this was for disabled people. That bathroom was specially equipped water splashed everywhere made very slippery floor for us. The front desk manager was so nice that he was able to change it back. Very good service I would surely recommend it. It is in a very convenient location."
