"Room had not been cleaned yet when we arrived, we waited in the lobby about 90 minutes for them to find staff to come and clean the room. When we were checking in the front desk person ' warned' us they had had issues with housekeeping. A simple check by staff before we arrived , we could have avoided the issues. Bagels in breakfast room were stale, potatoes were cold....ended up having yogurt. "

Not able to fine receptionist. We booked for two night but left after 1 night stay. This was the worst place we have ever stayed in. "
