The beautiful open kitchen design lets you host large dinners more than comfortably as it is also fully stocked with everything you could need to cook big meals! Perfect for big groups, the massive dining table seats 10 along with the roomy kitchen island that seats 4. For caffeine lovers, the coffee station is complete with keurig pods as well as drip coffee for your use! Start or end your days with our fully stocked bright bathrooms that include all necessities and extras such as makeup remover wipes. Get restful nights with our comfy double/queen/king size beds. The living room couch is also a pull-out bed if more space is needed. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and mounted TV for all your watching needs! The master bathroom contains a stand-up shower but also a separate deep bathtub made to relax in after an eventful day. Watch the sunset outside in our second story balcony with a Dallas skyline view! The balcony is complete with a seating area to enjoy morning cups of coffee while watching the sunrise! The massive backyard features a patio seating area and plenty of room to entertain your guests, bring some picnic blankets and bask in the warm sun!

All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the utility room such as the supply closet and any attics/crawl spaces.

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
