“Loved our stay at HoneyHaven. Host is very communicative and attentive to issues that arise during stay (we had the smoke detector start beeping while we were there, and the issue was resolved promptly). Lots of ammenities inside the apartment, all toiletries and cooking utensils provided, ready and clean. Pool was nice. Bed was comfy and spacious, me and my partner toss and turn quite frenquently and we never felt crammed for space. And there's even a fridge with crushed ice on the door! 5/5,……

“Loved the stay! This place is super nice and very affordable. Has all the apps on the tv to enjoy like Netflix, NFL, Peacock, etc. The only downside is that it’s kind of in the ghetto but there is a gate that separates the nice apartments from the neighborhood next to it. Lots of places nearby to eat within walking 2 minutes of driving!”

“Overall great stay! Towing is strictly enforced so be sure to keep parking pass visible inside your car. ”

“Terrible stay. I’m a very sketchy neighborhood. Walked inside the place and it smelt like cigarettes. Bed sheets were dirty after supposedly the cleaners came prior to us arriving. Shower didn’t drain. Bed was broken. Bugs everywhere. Wasps inside the house. Ceiling leak. Overall very bad stay with no help from owner. ”

“DON’T STAY HERE. Would rate 0 if I could. Absolutely disgusting property with roaches & smelled of cigarettes! No top sheet on the bed. Multiple roaches on countertops and in property. 2 towels left for 8 day stay… no bath cloths or hand towels. Immediate headache from cigarette smoke. We left the property immediately and had to find other accommodations after driving 10.5 hours. Host was unresponsive! Had to file with my credit card company. Absolutely terrible! ”

“We went to the Texas vs OU football game at the Cotton Bowl. Great location to event, good communication w/ host. Beautiful apartment with all of the amenities you could ever want. “The location and property are real, but this listing is not. I messaged twice ahead of time and got no response which should have been an indication. Never got check-in instructions. Showed up at property to see if I could get any help. Had to get a hotel for 2 nights while waiting for VRBO to help. At the end, I got a refund and “host cancelled my reservation” and citing “not the minimum age”. I’m over 40 and have perfect VRBO renter reviews.”

“We arrived on a Thursday and there were several bags of trash in the courtyard and the gate was blocked open with a brick. It was supposed to be locked. The next morning when we got up early to go to work, there were ~10 empty paint cans and stuff right behind our car. These had to be moved in order to leave the parking space. There was also an old refrigerator left behind another car. The bathroom drain doesn't work properly, the blinds in the living room didn't operate properly and there……

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
