Private and Peaceful Lakefront Cabin, just north of Smokey Mountains

Waterfront log home with wood floors and interior wood walls. Great amenities with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Two master suites; one on main and one on lower level. Walk-out lower level with year-round views of water and dock April through September. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need to create great meals. Outdoor dining table on covered back porch for great warm weather meals.

4 Bedroom and 3.5 bath in home. Views of lake from main and lower level decks. Lower level deck has hot tub, fire pit and bar-style seating.

Private drive that can accommodate multiple cars and boats with minimal view of surrounding houses. Home is on 4.5 acres and very private. Long drive-way puts house off street plus near end of cul de sac and minimal traffic. Very peaceful!

Wonderful property on a gorgeous lake

The cabin is fantastic, with plenty of space for our large family. The location and view are superb. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful house! We had a family of 6. Everyone had their own floor and bathroom! We played and floated in the water more than we expected it was incredibly warm. We are from the north and loved that there was no seaweed. Our kids saw a bear cub one morning while driving in the neighborhood and we saw a momma and 2 fawn in the backyard almost every morning. The hill leading to the water was steep. That was the only draw back, steps would make it much easier. The House was clean and had everything we needed! We had a great time! Thank you John!

Best Vacation Spot

Will definitely be booking again!!!!! Very peaceful the views are incredible the place was fully equipped for any kind of cooking desired and rooms are spaced perfectly the boat dock was very convenient for renting and bringing back for the week would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway you won’t regret!

Excellent stay

Perfect family stay, great views, plenty of room for everyone. The upper deck could use some updating, but overall the house is very well equipped, and comfortable. Everyone had a great time.

What a beautiful and peaceful home! It was a wonderful way to kick off summer! We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to birds and feeling the breeze and Lakeview! The cabin was so clean and ready to enjoy! Stunning cabin with beautiful Tiffany lighting and stain glass designs in the portal windows! The hot tub was wonderful at night and on the overcast day we had. The cabin was stocked with everything you need to cook! We enjoyed cooking on the grill after a long day on the water. The owner was fantastic and prompt at answering any question we had and also very helpful! The ATV was helpful for our parents who appreciated a ride back to the cabin instead of walking! I can't say enough about the property and hope to visit again really soon! We highly recommend this property!

Picture Perfect

We had a wonderful stay on the property. The house is very clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking meals for our large group of kids and adults. Our teenagers loved the dock and the pool table, while the adults loved the hot tub and sitting on the deck. The views of the lake are spectacular, and there are plenty of comfortable places to sit on the porches and enjoy a cold drink, or a cup of coffee. We loved the fire pit and the plentiful supply of wood for making s’mores! The town of Dandridge is so cute, and we really enjoyed not being in the busyness of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, but still being close enough to go to those places for day trips. All communication with the owner, John, was pleasant and we found him to be very responsive. Overall, we loved it, and we definitely plan to stay in this house again. In fact, we’ve already sent the listing to friends, who were looking for a place to stay, and they are planning to book immediately as well! This is the best vacation rental I’ve ever booked!

In the Middle of the Lake

We loved this property. It is nicer than the pictures show. No neighbors are visible. Because I have arthritis in my knees, we used John's ATV to get down the steep hill to the lake. It also helped to get our two kayaks down to the water. One dock floats and one is stationary, on the edge of the water. We rented a pontoon from Indian Creek Marina, which was close by. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen or on the new Weber grill during the week we were there. Having an outdoor table with 6 chairs was nice. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, except for a muffin tin : ) but I learned muffins would just be a little fatter and flatter. The fire pit was nice and having wood there saved us a trip to town. I loved the home's decor. Everything felt so comfortable. Having bedrooms on 3 floors gave us some privacy. We had to call John for the code to get in, but he always responded quickly to the few questions/problems we had, but all were minor.

We enjoyed are stay and felt the house was very clean when we arrived, the owners response time to questions was quick, the main living space was great for the 7 of us, spectacular views and the kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking/griiling, lastly the side by side was useful for bring the cooler and floats down to the dock. It’s a peaceful location for anyone who wants to relax but still looking to visit the busier attractions in pigeon forge or gatlinburg.

Beautiful views of the lake from this very well kept cabin! Owner was very quick to get back to us with any questions. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything that you might need. My grandchildren loved the game room on the lower level. Would definitely stay there again

Great house!

Really comfortable house for our group of 7 with lots of amenities and plenty of places for people to hang out and do different things. We used the pool table and swimming dock every day! The covered deck with lots of seating was also really nice. Loved that it overlooked the lake without many trees blocking the view. The cove was really peaceful all week. Host was very responsive when I had questions. No issues!

Cabin

The cabin was in a great location & nice. The owner was very responsive. The only problem for everyone was getting down to the lake. Thank God a side-by-side was provided. Although, only a couple of people in our party would dare drive it. The stones were very lose and the hill is steep. The steep hill was very difficult to walk. It's slippery when it rains and you have to be almost athletic to go up it.

Absolutely perfect rental

This property, area and host are the perfect combination. The host had great communication with us. The town is charming and the views of the lake are breathtaking. The cabin could not be better. The cabin was immaculate and very well appointed. Our every need was met. This rental has a high rating and deserves it.
