“This IS NOT an ADULTS ONLY resort as advertised! There are children everywhere! So if you're looking for an adult only location THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! As a mother of 4 I did NOT want to be on a mixed aged resort. Specifically picked the Rif because it was advertised and stated to be Adults ONLY! If i wanted to be around more kids I would have brought my own! Children were out of control in buffet and all over the Rif. Very upsetting! Also didn't receive celebration amenities that were promised……

“My wife and I have been traveling to Curcauo now for 6 years straight now and we have found that this place for us is a hidden gem. From arrival to departure the staff were always on point. Our little private beach was amazing with tons of fish privacy. A 5 minute walk to Mambo Beach where there is enough to do from live music to great food. We will most definitely be returning back ASAP.”

“Friendly staff but hotel needs to be renovated. Also too many flies around food area. All food items should have been covered better. Food could have been a lot better as well.”

“The five nights I stayed at this hotel three out of the five days I had to call for housekeeping. This was very frustrating, and one day I requested an iron and ironing board and they never bought it to my room.”

“Nice atmosphere and lovely beach front view. Room service cleaning was not the best they would not change the pillow cases at times. I was not expecting to pay additional for beach front seats especially with the cost of the rooms. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. Also I find it ridiculous to pay $25 USD per day for parking else you have to park in the street.”

“The resort was really nice. I enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the food was OK. I would recommend definitely going out for dinner. Certain restaurants on the resort were not good but the overall experience was amazing. Housekeeping was so helpful and the staff was really fun. They had lots of activities during the week for the little ones and for the adults.”

“The location of the property was ideal and having easy beach access was great. We enjoyed Mamdo Beach. The cafe in the hotel was a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The view could have been better but we really didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep. They need more parking. If parking is full and most nights it was we had to park next door and pay but the hotel did reimburse us.”

“Our room was clean however there were so many items that needed to be handles. The shower drain was off, the fan for the bathroom was super small, the sink was very small, and there was only a thin blanket on the bed. The staff was great however the hotel itself is boutique so there are no elevators, just an FYI. There also is not a beach technically so that was disappointing.”

“A wonderful property on a gated cul-de-sac, beautiful bay, relaxing atmosphere, restaurants, quiet, golf course nearby. I loved it!”
