Curaçao All-inclusive Hotel

"The staff was horrible. Upon arrival nobody greeted us or was even friendly. Every employee seem miserable and didn't want to be there. Later on while at the Hemingway restaurant the waiter took our order and then we had to wait an hour to get our food. My wife complained about getting a wrong drink, at which time the waitress became upset and took the drink back to the bar where we then witness the waitress tasting the drink."

"The location is perfect. Their service was slow for cleaning tables and serving drinks at some of the bars. I made a complaint and I saw an improvement the next day. Desserts were excellent. The main restaurant had a variety of food but the chicken options were a little bland."

"Property was clean easy on the eyes ocean view rooms were awesome . But staff need to work on politeness which we found an issue with most in Curacao. Out of the ABC island Aruba gets The A and Curaçao is the C . Renaissance you could work on the staffing u would be the gem of the island "

"Nice rooftop restaurant and pool. Carpet was dirty, small room, no standard outlet for US products bring converter book for charger, curling iron etc"

"This place was beautiful to the view location and everything, just the hotel can be taking care alil more like cleaning the leaves from the pool also putting two twin beds together to make a queens was not a great idea. Other then that beach was amazing mambo beach has everything me and my boyfriend had a great time we love curaçao it was a beautiful country."
