“An oasis of calm and beauty. My “partial ocean view” room had a perfectly framed view of the pool and beach. This came in quite handy during the Curaçao-Germany World Cup watch party, when they put up a massive TV screen. A sea of patriotic Curaçao blue, then of Nederlands orange. “I chose the Royal Sea Aquarium Resort for a solo birthday trip, and overall I had a good experience. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the shuttle service, which offered rides to downtown Willemstad, the Curaçao sign, the Curaçao Liqueur Distillery, grocery stores, and evening trips into town. “We stayed for 5nights and it was great. The view from the hotel period is beautiful you don’t need a ocean front room, we had room 33 lol and it had 3 other rooms on our side with a big balcony it was close to the beach pool bar everything. It’s a great location close to everything! They have hookah at the hotel as well it’s $60. Just book it, it’s lit, people from the cruise ship stop by that bar and for the view so it gets lit! Very safe! Walkable to everywhere”
