"Great stay july 26-30th! Beautiful view of the river from the home. Large deck and relaxing hot tub. My son fished and caught a few small trout.We also floated on tubes in the river. Close to amazing hikes- we did Barclay lake and bridal veil falls. Very quiet and private property yet short drive to restaurants and small towns. We would recommend this property!"

"First time visiting the PNW with my fiance and his sister. We were in AWE of the immersive atmosphere. You definitely will have neighbors but the location was lovely, just secluded enough in the North Cascades but not too far from anything you need (groceries, gas, etc.).Property management was kind and extremely responsive. We were a big fan of the hot tub! HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet forest/mountain retreat. We will certainly be back!"

"Nice hotel in a very small town. Cute building and cute room. Nicely decorated and looks renovated recently. Cool shower setup. Very clean and nice fluffy towels. Manager contacted me about picking up the keys and checked to make sure everything was all set. They even gave me a heads up about limited so I g options if you come into town late. There was a book in the room that answered any and every question you might have. There was a lot of attention to details and you can tell the management takes pride in their property. Went to the Cascades Burger stand and had an awesome burger and shake. Concrete is kind of a tip. Looks like a town out of a movie . Love big concrete tower as you come into town. The Hub is good for breakfast. I would emphatically recommend this hotel. It was spic and span clean and a n excellent value for you money."

"This hotel is a wonderful, unique, historic building. The rooms are a little small, but there is a large sun room that is available to all guests. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I came to visit for a quiet getaway and it was absolutely perfect. "

"Quiet, peaceful, and close to so many hikes and activities. We spent days with our 2 year old playing in the river and hiking nearby. We spent evenings with Rico’s pizza (10/10!!) on the deck listening to the river and watching the sun sink behind the mountains. Beds and couches are cozy. Large dining room table. Basic kitchen necessities. A soak in the hot tub is required. A picturesque perfect little cabin on the river. Cannot recommend this cabin enough, although selfishly I’d love to keep it to myself. We can’t wait to stay again. "
