The Penthouse is 85 Sqm. has 2 Bedroom Suites, Fully Furnished, located on the top 3rd floor of the building, All Condo Units consist of1 Living Room, 1 Bathroom, Open Kitchen, and Balcony. Our location is near Beaches, Shopping Malls, Seafood Market, Food Market, Good Restaurants, Hospitals, Dental Clinics, Cinemas, Schools, and easy access to all Transportations. The Condominium building has a very good view over the Ocean, overlooking on a Tourist destination Mt. Apo Mountain and Resorts, Eden Mountain, and Park, Matina Aplaya Beach Resorts, 40 minutes to Samal Island Resort . Davao City is known for their night market activities which attracts Tourism to participate the fun,
30min. from our location, the Airport International 35min. drive as well.
