“A last minute getaway turned perfect! Easy check-in and out, the cottage was immaculately prepared. It was too warm to use the fireplace, what a blessing. I will always return if there is availability.”

“We stayed for a week. Generally good experience. There is a coffee machine at the lobby. Parking is in the secured garage. The only downside is that AC might be a little loud during the night. But overall we are glad that we booked the place. ”

“The hotel is fairly new, clean, and very conveniently located. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud if your room is next to the train tracks. During my first two nights, I was woken up in the middle of the night by trains honking as they passed by, though I eventually got used to it. Despite that, I would still choose to stay here again, but I’d recommend requesting a room as far from the train tracks as possible for a better night’s sleep.”

“Cute and cozy place perfect for two people. It was close to Santa Cruz and met all of our expectations. It’s quietly located up a hill to where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. Jim, the property manager was awesome to work with. Loved the way he kept the communication with us during our stay. I will definitely stay there again. ”

“Great location, view and accommodations. We were there to celebrate a milestone adult birthday. We had ages 9-68. The only challenges were the steep stairs and 3 levels(kids didn’t mind it!) and keeping everyone contained to the small patio area )open on both sides) Host was reasonable and very responsive. ”

“Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but just far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation from the crowds. The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street.
