「The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants. We could not carry our luggage up the stairs so the manager upgraded us to a larger room that was a handicap accessible room.」

「I really can’t say enough good things about our stay, the front office staff are amazing. The property was very clean and well kept. Big canoe is a large area with plenty of things to do as well as attractions near by right outside of big canoe. Whether your coming for a weekend or a week you won’t be disappointed. 」

「Great place to stay, very comfortable room. Would not recommend for people with back problems, beds are too soft. Other than that, absolutely adored the hotel. Highly recommend the larger lodge rooms. The balcony area has an outstanding view.」

Owner sent entry directions timely, they worked perfectly. Place was better than expected, with everything discreetly labeled for convenience.
