"I spent a significant amount to stay here, but unfortunately the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound. The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a beautiful view, the overall level of service did not match the standard I expected for the price paid."

"The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly but the pool wasn’t open, no one offered us a cart for our bags we had to go find one ourselves and they didn’t connect our WiFi properly so we had to go back down to get connected."

"The staff was wonderful! Nice, complimentary breakfast, room and bathroom was very roomy and nicely decorated. Very pleasant and quiet stay. Great location!"

"Property was clean, large stain in room 222 on carpet, not much room to stretch and do floor exercises in the tiny gym, not impressed with breakfast especially on the weekend. Staff is always amazing throughout the day and evening. Wish they had microwaves in each room for late night meals. Bar was never really open while there. Pool was closed for maintenance. Overall quite and clean facility. Love the guest visitors bathrooms upon entering the facility. Back main entrance door is broken."
